 Candy Making

Each November, the people of Monkton make 1,000 pounds of delicious Almond Butter Crunch candy. A tradition that began in the early 1960s, it has become an annual event with volunteers from the church and community working together over two Saturdays to make this heavenly treat! Packaged in one-pound boxes, most of the candy is sold  before it is made.  Proceeds benefit the church and missions including North County Food Banks, My Neighbors Foundation, and our local first responders.

If you'd like to join the fun or purchase candy this coming November, email brinehimer@gmail.com.
